Explanation of Escrow Accounts

Escrow accounts are established to ensure that funds are available to pay for certain items like insurance and taxes, as well as to set aside funds for future capital purchases. Payments are made into these accounts monthly and are included on the monthly billing statement.

The three escrow accounts are:

• Mortgage Insurance
• Real Estate Taxes, Hazard, and Liability Insurance
• Replacement Reserves

Timing of Reports/Statements

We mail statements via the U.S. Postal Service on the 16th of the month for payments due the first of the following month.
