New Hires at Lancaster Pollard Add to Record Company Growth

COLUMBUS, Ohio (May 24, 2006) – Growing investment banking, mortgage banking and financial advisory firm Lancaster Pollard is pleased to announce the hire of eight new associates to serve hospitals and senior living and affordable housing providers.

Kassem K. Matt joined Lancaster Pollard & Co. as a vice president in the spring. He will be responsible for all underwriting and closing process details for hospitals and senior living facilities in southern and central Ohio.  Most recently, Mr. Matt served as senior rate risk specialist for Huntington’s Capital Markets Group and provided interest rate risk management solutions to corporate clients.
