Health Care/Senior Living Associate

Currently we are seeking associates to assist our growing firm.

The primary responsibility of the position is to provide the following support: assessment and articulation of health care credit characteristics, preparation of credit enhancement and rating agency packages, interaction with clients and deal participants, review of legal documents, and management of the closing process.

The ideal candidate would possess the following core characteristics:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, real estate, pre-law or related field
• MBA (or in pursuit of MBA)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and function under tight timeframes
• Ambitious, detail-oriented, organized and professional
